learn more about Jason Dull, a younger driver who is gaining experience in
midget car racing and is a proven winner in four and eight cylinder hobby
stock car classes. In 2005 Jason intends to share driving duties with his
car owner and dad, ken, and compete with BADGER, USAC, MARA, and UMARA midget organizations
whenever and wherever they can. A midget car is a low weight/high
horsepower, open cockpit, open wheel-racing machine. NASCAR stars Jeff
Gordon, Tony Stewart, Ryan Newman, and Kasey Kahne all began their careers and
were champions in the midget ranks. The BADGER midget organization
competes primarily at the prestigious dirt track, Angell Park Speedway in Sun
Prairie, WI (Just minutes from Madison, the state capital), but also ventures
out to other dirt tracks in Iowa and Michigan. The USAC sanction is the
national body of midget open wheel racing and features "star" drivers
in well financed equipment across the country on both dirt and pavement tracks,
some of which are combination events with big leaque series like the IRL and
Silver Crown series. MARA is a regional series that races on many dirt
tracks in the midwest. The UMARA club is a
pavement track only series, and calls Grundy County Speedway in Morris, IL
(Southwest of Chicago) home. Be sure to look for our 2005 schedule and take
note of all of the tracks we intend to compete on this season. Beyound
midget racing, Jason is also open to any and all other racing opportunities that
he may be able to pursue.
